It’s a new year and a NEW YOU! Time to really get those pounds off! Here are a few of our best suggestions for getting off that couch, turning off the http://www.cannonsatellite.com/direct-tv-movi channels and getting out there to burn more weight in 2012!
Set Small Goals: You know as well as we do that setting small manageable goals is the key to weight loss. Tell yourself you’ll work out three times this week or that you’ll only have one sweet treat a day. Whatever makes changing your lifestyle more manageable!
Look to the Future: Get something in mind you want to look great for: a reunion, your birthday, a vacation, and work towards that. Set yourself monthly goals until the “big day” to stay on track and make sure you’re losing like you should be!
Wipe the Slate: Don’t focus on what you DIDN’T lose last year, look ahead to what you’ve got in store! It’s a new year and that means you get a clean start – this is going to be the year you finally lose those pounds and keep them off!
