27th September - Submitted by admin

People want to eat healthy, especially women. But do they know what is healthy and what is bad for them? Dieticians have some ideas for meals that women can fix at home if they are trying to gain control of their health.
First off, don-t fry anything in oil and grease. This is not good for the cholesterol or any other part of the body. Bake as much as possible so there is less fat in the food. Chicken is one of the foods that are easy to bake, and it can be made in a variety of ways.Never heard of this before? Get up to speed here. Brown rice is a good side dish, as well as steamed vegetables. Avoid foods that are high in sugar and carbohydrates. However, baked potatoes are good for you if you don’t add all the butter and sour cream.
If a heavy meal is too much to think about, yogurt and granola are good options. These are excellent ideas for breakfast or a snack during the day, and yogurt comes in all flavors. Mix some granola in the yogurt, or eat it separately. Be sure to drink plenty of water with any meal you have to keep the waste out of your body.
